On August 17 Postinstrumentum performed its epic “Doomsday tantra” in the woods of Lithuania. Festival Yaga Gathering 2019 offered us Outmost stage to drive both ourselves and audience crazy. Big thanks to curator Armantas Geciauskas!
Smoke boss was Anni Zupping.

On August 17 Postinstrumentum will hit the stage of Yaga Gathering 2019 with new performance “Doomsday Tantra!
Postinstrumentum is a result of alternative evolution – a post-darwinist struggle for life where not always good guys win. Violent manipulations with retarded machines and primitive materials can be explained with nothing less than toxic masculinity. This is dangerous! Their excuse as if it was music is probably just an attempt to cover up something much more cowardly. Postinstrumentum used to be a great group once – sharing stage with loved superstars and entertaining cultural elite. For now all normal people have left. Those who have remained promise you enlightment, either you are alive or dead. Shame is fame!
Postinstrumentum is nicht dead!
When nobody expected anything – Postinstrumentum hit stage again! Sound art festival Ääniaalto in Helsinki hosted us in most-postapocalyptic stage in cold-war bomb-shelter inside granite rock at the heart of Helsinki.
Performance “Breaking news” is live execution of The Radio with sonic extensions.

Conservatorium Postinstrumentum
24. jaanuaril kell 19.00
Galeriis Metropol, Vana-Kalamaja 46
Galeriis Metropol esitleb oma verivärsket pilliloomingut 14 uut tulijat: Annemarie Maasik, Caroline Charrel, Clara Lissens, Helen Grass, Igor Filjušin, James Choucino, Jaan Sinka, Kreete Pillenberg, Liis Uustal, Lotta Koov, Risto Kütt, Sigrit Lõhmus, Timmo Lember, Yyhely Hälvin.

Conservatorium Postinstrumentum
January 24 at 19.00
Gallery Metropol, Vana-Kalamaja 46, Tallinn
Conservatorium Postinstrumentum is an alternative phenomena of musical education, which has made no attempt to flirt with music as a culturally evolved genre. Music is an aptitude test of materials, a sign of deformation, constriction of poetry through natural sciences, functional ergonomics of body-movements, an arbitrary implementation of error, a superiority of DIY philosophy and brutal force!
There have been nearly 40 humans passed basic level of (post)instrument engineering courses during last five years in cooperation with Estonian Art Academy. Means that 40 unique and original (post)instruments have been flinged into universe.
On December 3, 2014 very exclusive live-concert was performed by students of last release of such a course.
On January 24, 2014 all instruments will be exhibited in a show in underground gallery Metropol in Tallinn.
Partcipants&performers: Annemarie Maasik, Caroline Charrel, Clara Lissens, Helen Grass, Igor Filjušin, James Choucino, Jaan Sinka, Kreete Pillenberg, Liis Uustal, Lotta Koov, Risto Kütt, Sigrit Lõhmus, Timmo Lember, Yyhely Hälvin.
